Communication is key to success. As is true for personal communication, 95 % of communication is non-verbal. The same goes here. If we create a good workflow, no verbal communication is necessary. The goal is to create proccesses and sandards, so we all speak the same language and only from the information, we understand what is the state of the matter, what is the next step and what must be done. We can all work on one thing and know exactly where things are.

Down the scale, almost all information can be in the informaton system, even files can be controlled via the system. Filestructure and files are only support for the information and functionallity that can be handled via the system. If the system is made fully, no files are needed, and no words need to be spoken or written. The main goal of the DDS is to eliminate verbal or written communication and only use it for creative purposes. Everything else must be understood through the standards and processes and the usage of the information system.
